Approved Supplier Network / My Suppliers is used to list all of your suppliers (Only suppliers that have confirmed access to their profile will be listed). Supplier profile summaries are color-coded according to their status:
+ Green = Approved Supplier. Green indicates that the supplier has current relevant certifications to supply materials and/or services into your business. Notifications are sent to Users whenever changes to the status or content of a relevant Approved Supplier Document occur.
+ Orange = Supplier Caution. Orange indicates that the supplier has current relevant certifications to supply materials and/or services into your business. At least one of the current relevant certifications is due to expire within one calendar month. The LAU (Limited Access User) functionality can be accessed through My Account and allows you to add and manage Limited Access Users. Limited Access Users have permission to:

+ Access and Download FS&Q Information (if subscribed through the Master User's profile);

When using the haccp.com platform, you will see the Page Loading Icon. This means that your webpage request is being processed and relevant data is being transferred from our database to your webpage. 

The page loading times you experience are heavily reliant on your internet connection and your device:
- Faster internet connections will reduce page loading times;
- Devices with larger memory will generally increase page loading times;
- Devices with higher-performing processors will generally reduce page loading times.

The “My Training Activities” format is designed as the user interface for by Training Participants (nominated through the Training Matrix format).

The My Training Matrix format is inclusive of details for Participant (Training Participant), Relevant Training Activities, Training Activity Schedule, (Training) Schedule Start Date, Training Content (Options), Assessments, (Assessment) Finish Date, (Assessment) %, Training Records and Competency Checklist Finish Date. These details are displayed as applicable to each nominated Training Participant.

Where a “Training Group” has been allocated to a Training Participant, this will also be displayed with the “+” and “-“ options. To view the details, simply click on the “+” link next to the name of the relevant Training Participant. The links within the tabular format can be accessed as required. The “-“ link can be clicked to close this view.

There are 2 defined levels of Users for Training Activities through haccp.com Online FS&Q Training:
+ Registered Users create and maintain the haccp.com profile. A Registered User may be an individual or a representative of a Food Business or Association. It is possible for a Registered User to also be a Training Participant.
+ Training Participants are nominated by the Registered User to conduct specified Training Activities at the defined frequency. Training Participants will receive automated requests based on the Registered User’s defined training activities and frequency. It is possible for a Training Participant to also be a Registered User.

With online Food Safety and Quality Training, including certificates of completion and a unique Training Matrix facility, Online FS&Q Training includes the most comprehensive online FS&Q Management training available anywhere! All haccp.com training activities are managed through a Training Matrix tool to ensure training participants, training requests, training outcomes and training records are easily accessible to Registered Users.

haccp.com Online FS&Q Training also allows you to facilitate and record onsite competency assessments against completed training courses.

Training may be conducted from My Training Matrix in the following scenarios:

• Where offline Training is required (For example, Training a Group of Training Participants using haccp.com Training Materials); or
• Where tailored assistance is required for a Training Participant or Group of Training Participants.
